Eric L. Allen was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY, and was greatly influenced by both his parents, Rodney and Joyce Allen. However, it was his grandmother, Catherine Irene Decker, who as the matriarch of the family, first began to teach him about Christ.

He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1997, married his fiancé, Ellasin, and has been married to her for over twenty-four years. He is currently commissioned as a Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Navy, and throughout his career has served onboard ships on both the East and West coasts, set sail on countless underway periods, and has been forward deployed over eight times to date. Affectionately referred to as “Rev.” by shipmates and service members, he has baptized many sailors while at sea, and his powerful preaching and prophetic insight have inspired many to live victoriously by applying the Word of God to their everyday lives. His ministry extends beyond the military as he currently serves as pastor of Living Water Ministries in Virginia.

He currently resides in Suffolk, VA, with his beautiful wife and ministry partner Ellasin D. Allen.
